Vibrant Rose is bold and full-bodied: the rose of agency and action. SheBuilds draws on Nkuli Bogopa's Pr.Arch Tech designation, 25 years in the built environment, and her presidency of SAIBPP to create a structured pipeline for women entering or advancing in property, construction and facilities management. It connects skills development to economic transformation.
SheBuilds Fund
A micro-grant and deal-preparation facility for women-owned property and built-environment businesses, facilitated through BBC, BBCWA and REIT networks to source capital.
REIT pipeline programme
Structured secondment and internship placements within Broll-managed and other REIT portfolios, mirroring the Broll internship model developed by Nkuli.
SheBuilds Annual Summit
Flagship convening of women across the built-environment value chain: developers, professionals, investors, government and SMMEs. Ticketed, sponsored and media-amplified.
W-SETA and sector skills collaboration
Leveraging Nkuli's NED role at the Wholesale & Retail SETA and BRICS working-group chairpersonship to source skills levy funding for programme delivery.
Revenue model: programme enrolment fees, corporate sponsorship, skills levy (SETA) funding, summit ticketing and sponsorship, and fund management fees. Longer-term, SheBuilds is geared toward larger but slower-moving institutional funding, with commercial and fundraising support from associated media.
